Secret Love

Two months after their wedding, Yeon-yi's husband Jin-woo falls into coma after a car accident. What was once to be a picturesque marriage is shattering at the seams with each moment Yeon-yi spends next to her comatose husband, with only videos of her wedding to comfort her. As Yeon-yi waits at the airport for Jin-Woo's brother Jin-ho, whom she has never met before, she is stunned when she realizes that Jin-woo and Jin-ho are identical twin brothers. Although their interactions were cold at first, the two bonded over their shared sense of loss and frustration, and fueled by these mixed emotions Yeon-yi and Jin-ho soon become attracted to each other. Their turbulent relationship takes an even more volatile turn when Jin-woo suddenly awakes from his coma.
