Sensations of 1945

Campy musical stars Eleanor Powell as dancer Ginny Walker, who hangs up her shoes to try working as a publicity agent. Ginny's ideas turn out to be filled with razzle-dazzle and lavish showmanship, which quickly gets her into a wild rivalry with Junior Crane (Dennis O'Keefe). Loaded with top comedy and musical acts of the day, the film contains the now-famous number where Eleanor tap-dances her way inside a giant pinball machine. C. Aubrey Smith, W.C.
