The Sidelong Glances of a Pigeon Kicker

Preferring the modest life of a cab driver to the high-income career his education might easily enable, Jonathan (Jordan Christopher) takes in fares and otherwise lives in a kind of no-man's land--taking out his frustrations on local, park-dwelling birds (hence the title). He strikes up a romance with a former Peace Corps volunteer (Jill O'Hara)...but even that sop to stability may be doomed.
