Mrs. Miniver (1942)
Director William Wyler's grand wartime soap opera garnered six Oscars, including Best Picture, Director, and Actress. Greer Garson and Walter Pidgeon star as Kay and Clem Miniver, the heads of a well-to-do British family who must keep their brood safe during the early days of World War II. As Clem assists with the Dunkirk evacuation, the couple's son (Richard Ney) joins the RAF, and Kay has an encounter with a downed German pilot (Helmut Dantine). Teresa Wright also stars. 133 min. Casablanca (1942)

An American In Paris (1951)

Gigi (1958)
