As his family-owned theater is threatened with shutdown, struggling impresario (and koala) Buster Moon (voiced by Matthew McConaughey) goes for broke with a singing competition open to the city’s entire animal populace. Those answering the call--and perhaps realizing their show-business dreams--include a harried mom pig (Reese Witherspoon), a punk-rocker porcupine (Scarlett Johansson), and a gorilla thug’s son (Taron Egerton). Sing 2 (2021)

Looking for another triumph, Buster Moon (voiced by Matthew McConaughey) reassembled his menagerie of musical discoveries to mount a new show in the entertainment capital of Redshore City. However, their backing will come through if--and only if--they can coax reclusive rock god Clay Calloway (Bono) out of a lengthy and self-imposed retirement.
