A Somewhat Gentle Man

Freed─reluctantly─from jail after 12 years, dour-faced killer Ulrik (Stellan Skarsgård) is slow to adjust to a life of freedom. Complicating matters are a landlady who wants him in her bed, an estranged son whose bride-to-be's family looks down on him, and his old employer, a downtrodden crime boss who wants Ulrik to bump off the snitch responsible for his imprisonment.
