Speechless

In a small town in southern China, a foreign stranger is found naked on a riverbank. At the local hospital, Jiang, a handsome nurse's aide, takes an interest in the foreigner and the two develop a speechless bond. When Jiang learns the foreigner is to be sent to a mental institution, he risks everything by taking him away to his uncle's country home where he unravels secrets from the stranger's past.
