Stone Cold Dead

Based on the novel "The Sin Sniper" by Hugh Garner, this gritty Canadian crime drama follows a Toronto police detective (Richard Crenna) as he tracks a serial killer who shoots prostitutes with a high-tech, camera-equipped rifle, photographing his victims at the instant of death and then mailing the pictures to the cops.
