For his first feature-length drama after making documentaries, Italian director Michelangelo Antonioni crafted this compelling film about a beautiful woman, recently married to a successful businessman, who has a chance encounter with an old flame. Ironically, it is her husband's paranoia that results in her being drawn into an illicit─and potentially deadly─affair. Lucia Bosé, Massimo Girotti, and Ferdinando Sarmi star. 98 min. Standard; Soundtrack: Italian Dolby Digital mono; Subtitles: English; art gallery; featurettes; interviews; photo gallery; more. In Italian with English subtitles. Two-disc set.
