Compiling found footage of suppressed Government evidence and court proceedings, SUBJECT is a multi-layered horror fable about revenge and guilt. On his way to prison, drug-addicted criminal Willem Poirier accepts an offer to carry out his sentence by observing a mysterious creature in a secretive Government Facility. But when the "subject" starts to grow, infiltrate his room and, worst of all, make him recount the heinous acts of his past, Willem's struggle to rehabilitate and make peace with his family becomes a pure struggle for survival.
