Seeking a reset for himself and his two young daughters, new widower Phil Lodge (Patrick John Flueger) left the cops and moved into the NYC apartment building where he’d serve as superintendent. Unfortunately, the tenant list included a crusty old oddball (Val Kilmer) who dabbled in black magic...and the inexplicable deaths that soon followed left Phil with a cleanup he wasn’t prepared for.
