Fun comic book spoof focuses on Ed Gruberman (Justin Whalin), an ordinary guy whose lifelong dream to be a superhero leads him to dress up in a flashy costume in the hopes there'll be some crimes to foil. Despite having no powers to speak of, Ed manages to get accepted into the ranks of a group of superheroes-in-training called the Super Capers, and soon finds himself helping to retrieve a stash of stolen gold.
