This early documentary effort from director Philippe Mora ("The Beast Within") merges fascinating color films of Adolf Hitler during private moments with friends with the more widely seen propaganda film footage of the Nazi leader with widows and children. Mora's film sparked controversy for its attempt to portray Hitler as "human" rather than "devil," the better to recognize his successors in the future. 95 min. Standard; Soundtrack: German; Subtitles: English. In German with English subtitles.
