In this fast-paced sequel to the 2008 hit, Liam Neeson returns as Bryan Mills, the ex-intelligence agent with a "very particular set of skills" and a disdain for those who threaten his family. Targeted for revenge by associates of the (many) men he killed in the first film, he and ex-wife Lenore (Famke Janssen) are kidnapped in Istanbul.
