Volume three contains another five distinct and separate sequences of steps using some new elements. These sequences are presented in distinct sections, with dancing to music interludes. The moves are shown from different angles in long shot, medium shot and close up. The sequence for the Leader and the Follower is shown separately as well as together, without and with music in the background - the result is comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions.
