Philandering artist Richard Nugent (Cary Grant) and high school cutie Susan Turner (Shirley Temple) are the title characters. After the easily captivated Susan develops a romantic infatuation with Richard, Susan’s older, wiser sister (and judge!) Margaret (Myrna Loy) steps in, with the law behind her!
