In the early days of World War I, Capt. Donald Gordon King (Victor McLaglen) was sent on a secret mission to the Khyber Pass where he had once served, asked to stem a local rebellion spurred by the charismatic Yasmani (Myrna Loy). Can he deal with his in-the-dark comrades-in-arms, who think that he's ducking duty--to say nothing of the seductive charms of his target? John Ford's first talkie feature, and first screen take on Talbot Mundy's "King of the Khyber Rifles," co-stars David Torrence, David Rollins. 93 min. Standard; Soundtrack; English.
