A trio of acclaimed WWII featurettes, shot by some of Hollywood's top filmmakers while on military duty, are featured in this colorful collection. Included are William Wyler's "Memphis Belle" (1944), a look at the fabled B-17 bomber and its crew; "Thunderbolt" (1944), chronicling a P-47 run over Germany, by Wyler and John Sturges; and John Ford and Darryl F. Zanuck's "At the Front" (1943), with rare footage of the North African land campaign.
