Epic sword-and-sandal saga adapted from the 1954 historical novel "The Eagle of the Ninth" stars Channing Tatum as 2nd-century Roman centurion Marcus Aquila, whose father was blamed for the mysterious disappearance of the Ninth Legion in Britain.
