Director Harold Ramis' jet-black Christmas Eve caper comedy stars John Cusack as Charlie, a shady Wichita lawyer who teams with pornographer partner-in-crime Vic (Billy Bob Thornton) to steal $2 million from a local mob boss (Randy Quaid). Their plans to quickly abscond with the loot, however, are complicated by an ice storm that shuts down the city, as well as some drunken interference from Charlie’s best friend (Oliver Platt).
