The Salton Sea

After the loss of his wife, California jazz trumpeter Danny Wilson (Val Kilmer) fell into a double life amongst the local speed-freak sub-culture, setting up tweakers to be taken in by his corrupt police contacts. When he sets his handlers on a collision course with a nasty, noseless drug dealer named Pooh Bear (Vincent D'Onofrio), he might not survive the conflagration.
