Maggie (Kristen Wiig) is about to take her own life when she learns that her estranged twin brother Milo (Bill Hader) has just had his own failed suicide attempt. Reunited under these bizarre circumstances, Milo moves in with Maggie as they begin the long process of getting their troubled lives back on track, a journey that starts with them fixing their fractured relationship with one another.
