The Skull

Christopher Maitland (Peter Cushing) is an occult collector who comes to acquire the skull of the Marquis De Sade, despite being warned of its evil powers by his friend Sir Matthew Phillips (Christopher Lee), the artifact’s one-time owner. Maitland will soon wish he’d heeded Phillips’ advice, however, as the skull haunts him, controls him, and transforms him into a deranged killer. Patrick Wymark, Nigel Green, Jill Bennett also star in this shocker based on a short story by "Psycho" author Robert Bloch. 83 min.
