This 1960-62 NBC western series told fictional stories of real-life frontier icons Deputy Sheriff Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. Barry Sullivan played Garrett, whose honesty and straightforward manner earned him the moniker "the Tall Man," and Clu Gulager was the wild outlaw Billy.
