In 1985, Willem de Kooning's "Woman-Ochre" was pilfered from its frame at the University of Arizona Museum of Art. Its whereabouts remained a mystery until 2017, when an estate purchaser found it hanging in the modest New Mexico home of the late retired teachers Jeff and Rita Alter. This engaging documentary considers various theories as to why the couple's motives, and why they never sold their prize; Glenn Howerton and Sarah Minnich appear as the Alters in re-enactments. 96 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English; Subtitles: English (SDH); featurettes; image gallery; theatrical trailer.
