Things to Come

H.G. Wells scripted this imaginative science-fiction epic, loosely based on his novel "The Shape of Things to Come." The film is set between the years 1940 and 2036 and chronicles the lives of the citizens of the fictional British city of Everytown as they endure a decades-long World War II(!) and overcome a devastating plague, eventually taking to the stars at the dawn of a new space age.
