An experimental time machine developed by a shadowy government organization is stolen by former NSA agent Garcia Flynn (Goran Visnjic), who means to use it to alter American history. Using a prototype of the machine, Professor Lucy Preston (Abigail Spencer), Master Sergeant Wyatt Logan (Matt Lanter), and scientist Rufus Carlin (Malcolm Barrett) pursue Flynn into the past in order to stop his attempts to disrupt the timeline. Sakina Jaffrey, Paterson Joseph co-star in this sci-fi series that premiered on NBC in 2016.
