Tiny Terrors

Three comic book-obsessed kids' attempts to clean up their neighborhood are thwarted by a gang of ruthless punks who terrorize, then kill them. An elderly Haitian voodoo master uses black magic to revive them, and they return as "Shrunken Heads" (1994) from the grave to seek vengeance. Aeryk Egan, Meg Foster, and Julius Harris star.
