Hong Kong banker and competitive marksman Ken (Louis Koo) foils an attempted armored car heist, rescuing a hostage cop and killing four of the five crooks. Ken's heroism leads to danger, however, when another police officer─rival shooter Jerry (Daniel Wu)─charges him with weapons offenses and the surviving robber returns to seek revenge. Derek Lee's high-caliber actioner, a follow-up of sorts to 2000's "Double Tap," co-stars that film's Alex Fong. 94 min.
