Writer/director Charles Band riffs on his own prodigious B-movie output with this horror film about a mad movie fan (Adam Noble Roberts) out to collect mementos of his obsession: the heads of his favorite scream queens! Constructing a prison in his basement, the maniac abducts such notable cinema shriekers as Michelle Bauer, Linnea Quigley, and Brinke Stevens (all playing themselves) for sick re-enactments before mounting their noggins on his wall.
