It seemed like the rotten luck for three small-town losers--cuckolded mechanic Dinel (Dorian Boguta), gambling-addicted carpenter Sile (Dragoş Bucur), and conspiracy-addled functionary Pompiliu (Alexandru Papadopol)--finally turned when a lottery ticket they went in on hit.
