Man-Made Monster (1941)

Lon Chaney, Jr. makes his horror film debut, playing carnival sideshow "electric man" "Dynamo" Dan McCormick, who becomes a guinea pig for mad scientist Dr. Paul Rigas' (Lionel Atwill) scheme to develop a race of supermen.
