The Violators

In 1930s New York, an idealistic youth probation officer's concern for justice for his charges rubs his superiors the wrong way and, over the years, leads him to neglect his own child. His behavior rebounds on him when his now-grown daughter gets involved with a WWII vet who arranges a crooked investment scheme.
