As the fictitious town of Blaine, Missouri ("Stool Capital of the World"), prepares to celebrate its 150th anniversary, local theater director Corky St. Clair (Christopher Guest) is readying his cast of would-be actors for his sesquicentennial offering, a historical musical revue entitled "Red, White and Blaine."
