In the course of the Intifada in the late '80s, a group of Palestinian villagers decided to procure 18 cows and begin their own dairy co-operative. Israeli authorities paid them no mind until the venture became a success─and the operation was deemed a threat to national security. Through interviews and stop-motion animation, the strange story of how the dairy was forced into underground operation is remarkably recounted here. 75 min.
