The creator of "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" (Stephan Elliott) directs this way-out tale of an American con artist (Jonathon Schaech) who goes on the lam in Australia. Schaech eventually wakes from a drug-induced sleep to find himself in a bizarre Outback shantytown and married to the bimbo daughter of the crazy mayor, who won't let him leave.
