Ex-boxer and Gulf War-veteran Frank Diaz (John Leguizamo) cannot count on his fists or his patriotic service to help him when he and his family are evicted from their home in New York City and Frank has difficulty obtaining a spot in a nearby housing project due to his status as a formerly convicted felon.
