Where Is Kyra?

Recently divorced and long unemployed, fiftysomething Kyra (Michelle Pfeiffer) found a harbor of economic survival rooming with, and caregiving for, her ailing mom Ruth (Suzanne Shepherd) in her Brooklyn apartment. However, Kyra’s faced with another rug being pulled out after Ruth’s death--leading to a last-ditch and dicey effort to assume her mother’s identity and keep cashing her benefit checks.
