Florida police chief Bill Hixon (Rob Lowe) found himself fired for slugging a kid who'd shared explicit images of his teenage daughter Kelsey (Aloreia Spencer). He crossed an ocean to reclaim a career--as Chief Constable for East Lincolnshire--and found new challenges from a force and community leery of the hard-charging import.
