Based on the popular Australian series of the same name, this hilariously offbeat sitcom stars Elijah Wood as depressed, suicidal attorney Ryan Newman. He gets a new lease on life thanks to his friendship with Wilfred (Jason Gann), his neighbor's dog, which appears as a normal pooch to everyone but Ryan who sees him as a beer-swilling, pot-smoking, foul-mouthed man in a dog costume.
