A Woman in Berlin

As the Russian army storms Berlin at the end of World War II, an anonymous young woman (Nina Hoss) is a helpless witness to─and victim of─the Soviet soldiers' penchant for raping local women. Her struggle for dignity takes an important turn when she decides to resist future assaults, and looks to make an important alliance with an officer who could guard her from repeated degradations.
