After meeting at a concert by the band t.A.T.u., American teen Janie (Shantel VanSanten) and Russian girl Lana (Mischa Barton) fall madly in love with each other. Their mutual love of partying results in the pair being thrust into a world of drugs. But when they become overwhelmed by their self-destructive behavior, Janie and Lana risk losing everything.
