Upbeat remake of the Henry Fonda/Lucille Ball comedy stars Dennis Quaid as Frank Beardsley, a widowed Coast Guard admiral with eight kids who marries his former high school sweetheart, Helen North (Rene Russo), a widowed fashion designer with 10 of her own.
