Zombie Island Massacre

While there's admittedly a dearth of undead monsters, there's still plenty of good scares to be had in this grisly horror tale. During a Caribbean vacation, a group of tourists becomes stranded in the jungle, making them easy pickings for a voodoo-inspired killer who's stalking the island in search of fresh victims.
